Before being LE NURE released products to the market, takes more than 4 years to develop. 


Hat Yai Fried Chicken is the origin of LE NURE brand. In Thailand, everyone knows Hat Yai Fried Chicken comes from Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province. It is a secret recipe for fried chicken of local Muslims. Local Muslims cook fried chicken every day. Then the recipe for fried chicken was developed and tried to be sold in the general market in Hat Yai District, named as 'Hat Yai Fried Chicken' It has known in Hat Yai. Begin a career that generates income for the family and has inherited from the lineage.


LE NURE's Hat Yai Fried Chicken recipe has been passed down from the pioneer generation for more than 40 years to the present.


LE NURE has developed Hat Yai fried chicken recipe to match the period and match the new generation. We have sold in Thailand. Neighboring countries like Laos, and the reaction form customer were excellent. Hat Yai Fried Chicken became more well known.

The word "LE NURE" Le - which comes from 'precious'. Noa - which comes from Laos word means 'delicious and mellow'.  


We have been selling Hat Yai Fried Chicken for four years. We aspire everyone to have access to more flavors. So LE NURE has developed new products.

Now we released it for sale in the market with four flavors. For example, the original flavor of Hat Yai Fried Chicken, Mala flavor, BBQ flavor, and Tom Yum flavor, and soon to add cheese flavor.

Seasoning mix for Fried Chicken

The original seasoning powder mixed for Fried Chicken from Hat Yai. Full of spices smell, no MSG, no additives, no preservatives, and use natural spicery. 


1) It can preserve chicken for 3 kgs.

How to use 

Directions: Fried Chicken or Duck

1. Prepare 1 kg. of raw chicken or duck. Rinse thoroughly. Prepare some water for mixing.

2. Pour 30 g. of seasoning mix. (~10g./1tbsp.) Mix with raw meat and marinate at least 3-5 hrs or for a night (if rush: use 40 g. of seasoning mix with 1 kg. of raw meat. Mix well and marinate for 15 mins)

3. Heat a pan. Pour some oil to deep-fry the meat using high heat. When the oil is hot enough, put the meat into the pan and deep fry using medium heat.

4. Deep fry the meat around 20-25 mins. Before serving, turn the heat to high to make the meat crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and not greasy.


Directions: Fried Chicken Skin

1. Prepare 1 kg. of raw chicken skin. Rinse thoroughly. Prepare some water for mixing.

2. Pour 15 g. of seasoning mix. (~10g./1tbsp.) Mix with raw meat and marinate at least 3-5hrs or for a night.

3. Heat a pan. Pour some oil to deep-fry chicken skin using high heat. When the oil is hot enough, put chicken skin into the pan.

4. Deep frying chicken skin around 40-50 mins or until the pieces reach beautiful golden brown then scoop chicken skin out. (1 kg of raw chicken skin is approx. 400 g. of deep fried chicken skin) To make it more delicious

Mix 3 tbsp of rice flour and 1 egg with marinated raw meat and marinated chicken skin before deep frying."

How to use

1. prepare meat 1 kg, and rinse thoroughly. Then prepare a few of the water for mixing.

2. Pour the marinated powder 30 grams(around 2 tbsps) and mix well, marinates for at least 1 hour

3. To grill on the stove or oven according to the level of ripeness you like.
